pik168 accepts deposits denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels:
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the Platform's deposit page and are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2.1 Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to pik168's anti-money-laundering verification procedures.
5.2.2 pik168 aims to process approved withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets promptly. Actual transfer times depend on the receiving institution and are outside pik168's direct control.
5.2.3 pik168 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount significantly exceeds the Member's average deposit history or where KYC documentation is outstanding.
5.2.4 Withdrawals will not be processed from an Account with a pending KYC verification request, an active investigation, or an outstanding breach of these Terms.
All Account balances, transactions, and winnings are displayed and settled in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). pik168 does not charge currency conversion fees on IDR transactions. Large amounts are formatted per Indonesian convention (e.g., Rp 500.000, Rp 1.500.000).
6.1 pik168 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Chinese New Year (Imlek). 6.2 Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

7.1 All casino Games on pik168 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term statistical return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7.2 For Sportsbook bets, pik168's sports betting rules (accessible via the Sportsbook section of the Platform) govern settlement, void conditions, and in-play bet acceptance. In the event of a conflict between those rules and these Terms, the sport-specific rules shall take precedence for that bet.
7.3 In the event of a technical error — including but not limited to a server failure, network interruption, or software defect — that causes a Game result to be displayed incorrectly, pik168 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Member's Account. pik168 is not liable for any lost profits that a Member claims would have been realised absent the error.
7.4 Bets placed and accepted by the Platform are binding. Once a Bet is confirmed, it may not be cancelled or reversed by the Member, except where pik168 expressly permits cancellation within a defined window (as may apply to certain pre-match Sportsbook markets).
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pik168 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:
9.1 pik168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pik168 has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur.
9.2 Upon termination of an Account for cause (i.e., resulting from a breach of these Terms), pik168 may forfeit any Bonus balance and any winnings derived from gameplay conducted in violation of these Terms. Real-money deposited funds that are not connected to any breach will be returned to the Member following the completion of any outstanding investigation.
9.3 Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with Clause 5. Voluntary closure does not affect pik168's right to retain records as required by applicable law.
10.1 All content on the pik168 Platform — including but not limited to the pik168 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of pik168 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of pik168.
11.1 pik168 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

13.2 pik168's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you to your Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 pik168 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit pik168's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
14.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pik168, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any claim by a third party resulting from your conduct on the Platform.
15.1 pik168 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Account, at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to address a security risk.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account as described in Clause 9.3.
16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pik168 is licensed and incorporated.
16.2 pik168 acknowledges that its primary user base is located in Indonesia and that Indonesian players access the Platform in accordance with their own determination of applicable local law. pik168 does not represent that the Platform is legal or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. It is each Member's responsibility to seek independent legal advice regarding the legality of online gaming in their location.
16.3 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and pik168 shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in the English language.
